All furniture is delivered free of charge. Your furniture will be delivered to the first threshold of the ground floor by our own deliverers or via external delivery partners. You will receive a time indication no later than on the day of delivery.
An expected delivery time is indicated on the product page of each piece of furniture. This delivery time is global, because it is linked to our production and transport system.
We cannot exclude possible delays during transport. When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation and a unique order number. Would you like an update on the status of your order? Please feel free to contact our customer service, stating this information.
Did you order several pieces of furniture at the same time? Then the piece of furniture with the longest delivery time determines when your order will be delivered. Would you rather have the furniture delivered separately or later? No problem, please contact customer service stating your first, last name and order number.
When your order has arrived in the Netherlands you will receive a message about this. You will then receive an invitation from our transport department to schedule an appointment for delivery.
Before you order
We recommend checking in advance whether your new furniture can actually fit into the desired living space. Therefore, always check this before placing an order. If the furniture does not fit, the customer is fully responsible for all consequences.
