14 days reflection period
To determine whether the return is free of charge, we look at the size of the package. We distinguish between small and large items.
- If your package is delivered by an external transport company, such as PostNL, then this falls under small items.
- Free returns
- Your package is: 100 x 78 x 58 cm and 30 kg maximum.
- If the package has been delivered by our own delivery service, then this falls under large items. Transport costs will be charged for this.
- Free returns when the item is brought to our warehouse in Hengelo, Overijssel.
The amount will be refunded within 14 days to the account with which the order was paid. If there are costs for returning, these will be charged.
Exchange or Return – How?
Please contact our customer service to register a return or exchange a product. Mail to firstname.lastname@example.org stating your first, last name and order number.
We would like to see your furniture in its original packaging and, if applicable, the legs have also been dismantled. If you return your product without the original packaging or if the packaging is no longer in its original condition, we will charge 29 euros for this.
Exchange & Return - "Personalised"
Unfortunately, you cannot return or exchange a "Personalised" order. This piece of furniture is made specifically for you and cannot be sold online again. Therefore, these pieces of furniture are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
A personalized item is NOT included in the standard choices shown on the product pages. As a consumer, you still retain your 14-day right of withdrawal for this.
A personalized item is a product for which we are personally contacted to receive a customized quote.
Of course, a warranty applies to all furniture.
Example NOT personalized item: Travertine dining table - 240x110 cm - Polished - Rounded Table Edges. In this case, you as a consumer still retain the right of withdrawal.
