Maintenance

What about the stain sensitivity of natural stone?

All our natural stone dining tables are treated with a high-quality coating layer as standard. This protective coating is specially developed to better protect the natural surface from stains, moisture and daily use marks. Thanks to this treatment, maintenance is easier and the material stays beautiful longer, without losing its elegant, natural look.

Protective coating benefits:

- The varnish layer makes the surface more resistant to the penetration of liquids such as wine, coffee and oil.
- Daily cleaning is easier, with less chance of permanent marks.
- The protective coating extends the aesthetic life of the marble and keeps it in top condition longer.
- The lacquer is transparent and subtle, leaving the marble's unique drawings and hues visible.

Important Notes:

Although the varnish layer provides important additional protection, natural stone remains a natural and porous material. It is therefore not completely immune to chemicals, for example. We therefore always recommend:

The protective coating is intended as an extra precaution and does not offer a full guarantee stains. Treating the tabletop with care extends its life and keeps the natural stone beautiful for many years.

Shipping & Delivery

What countries do you ship to?

We ship our products from the Netherlands to all of Europe, Switzerland and the UK.

Is assembly included?

In the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Switzerland assembly is often included, depending on the product. This is always clearly stated during checkout.

Outside these countries, we unfortunately cannot offer an assembly service. Our transport partner will then deliver to your front door.

Is shipping free?

Shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium is free with an order value of €1,800 or more.
In all other cases, delivery costs will be charged. Please check during checkout if this applies.

Do the legs come loose from the table top?

Yes, the table legs are always packaged separately from the table top.

How much does a table weigh?

This depends on the size and model.

A complete dining table made of natural stone, including legs and top, usually weighs between 120 and 400 kg.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times may vary by product. On the product page, directly under the "Add to cart" button, you will find the most current delivery times.

We work with natural stone, a unique and natural material that we select with the greatest care. Because we attach great importance to the quality and appearance of our products, it may happen that during the process we decide to replace a tabletop if we think the end result could be even more beautiful. This attention to detail can sometimes cause a slight delay, but this is how we guarantee that each piece has the beauty and perfection it deserves.

Products, warranty & returns

Do you supply custom or unique designs?

Yes, that is certainly possible. We offer custom and unique designs, completely tailored to your needs and interior style. Feel free to contact us to discuss the possibilities.

Do I have a warranty on my purchase, and what exactly does it cover?

Our marble tables come with 5 year warranty, which covers:

- Structure and sturdiness of the table top
- Manufacturing defects and manufacturing defects
- Loose gluing or joints (such as the undercarriage)
- Unusual wear and tear Under normal indoor use

Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, aggressive cleaning agents or accidents such as knocks, falls, chemicals or stains caused by acids (such as lemon or wine).

Can I cancel or return my products?

Because our products are made to order and completely customized, unfortunately, returns or cancellations are not possible. Each piece is produced exclusively for you.

In what ways can I pay?

We accept the following payment methods:

Can I pay in installments?

We currently do not offer payment in installments through a payment provider.

However, it is possible to make a partial payment upfront, with the remaining balance due before shipment of your order.

There may be several months between the initial deposit and the final payment, depending on the product’s delivery time. In practice, this works out similarly to paying in installments.

Note: The full amount must be paid before the product is shipped.

Can I pay afterwards?

We currently do not offer post-payment via a payment provider.

It is possible to first pay part of the amount and it remaining amount to be paid before shipment of the order.

Sometimes this is possible between the down payment and the final payment several months depending on the delivery time of the product. In practice, this is approximately the same as paying in installments.

NB: the full amount must be paid before the product is shipped.
