Our White Glove Delivery is a delivery service that goes beyond the standard delivery of a package or piece of furniture. With white glove delivery, the product is not only delivered to the door but is also brought inside, unpacked, installed, and placed according to the customer's wishes. This service often includes additional services such as removing packaging materials and checking the product for any damage or defects before the delivery personnel leave. Additionally, we also take all waste back with us.

In short, our White Glove Delivery ensures a very personal and careful delivery of the product, where you are completely taken care of.
This means that you don't have to worry about anything, we will contact you before delivery to find out your living situation and provide all the necessary equipment. For example, do you live on a floor without an elevator? Don't worry, you don't have to think about anything. We ensure that a moving lift is available, so that you can enjoy your order without any worries. We will also cover the costs for the moving lift, so you don't have to worry about that.

Process from order to delivery:
1. You place an order via our website or another sales channel.
2. As soon as the order has been received, we will start producing it. If necessary, you can ask questions about their order during this phase.
3. Once the order is ready, it is checked for quality and prepared for shipment. With us, everything is thoroughly checked, so that you will not be faced with any surprises.
4. We will contact you again within the delivery period indicated on our website to schedule delivery.
5. Our own delivery staff will deliver the products on the agreed delivery date. They ensure that everything is delivered ready for use and take back all packaging material and any other waste.
6. Our delivery staff are also experts in the product and will provide you with explanations about maintenance and how to protect the product for long-term use.
7. We will contact you after delivery to ensure that everything went as planned and to answer any further questions or comments.

Other countries

Unfortunately, no installation is offered for countries outside the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Switzerland.
Our transport partners will deliver the packages to your front door.
After delivery it is the responsibility of the consumer. Any damage must be reported immediately on the CMR form provided by the delivery person, and we kindly ask you to take photos immediately. This way we can easily arrange a replacement.
